On 12th December 2015, Dr. Celina Yu and staff from GBCA welcomed Professor Cui Guanglian, Party Secretary of Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics, and her other four delegation members, (Mr. Tang, the Director of International Exchanges and Cooperation Department, Ms. Chen, the Director of Academic Affairs Office, Mr. Li Jigang, Dean of School of Finance, and Mr. Yan Xing, Director of Network and Experimental Teaching Centre).
